General Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose

These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between BARRAYA and its customers within the framework of the online sale of its products.

Article 2 - Products

The products offered are those listed in the catalog published on the company's website. These products are offered while stocks last.

Article 3 - Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

Article 4 - Order

The order will only be finalized after acceptance of the quote and payment of the requested deposit. Any order placed on the website constitutes the formation of a contract between the company and the customer.

Article 5 - Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the buyer when ordering. Delivery times are given for information purposes only.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Article 7 - Guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

Article 8 - Liability

The company cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with obligations by the customer.

Article 9 - Disputes

These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
