Terms of sale
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between BARRAYA-BIS and its customers in the context of the online sale of its products.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered are those listed in the catalogue published on the company's website. These products are manufactured to order for each customer in the finest photo laboratory available. BARRAYA-BIS is solely responsible for the artistic quality of the reproductions.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes. BARRAYA-BIS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price listed in the catalogue on the day of the order shall be the only price applicable to the buyer.
Article 4 – Order
An order shall only become final upon acceptance of the quote and receipt of the requested deposit. Any order placed on the website constitutes the formation of a contract between BARRAYA-BIS and the customer.
Article 5 – Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication only.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including European Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
All artworks available on barraya-bis.com are produced on demand and personalised (size, medium, finish) by our printing partner Whitewall (Germany). No returns or refunds will be accepted except in cases of proven manufacturing defect or damage occurring during transport.
In such cases, the customer has 48 hours after receipt to report the issue by email with supporting photographs.
Article 7 – Warranties
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
Article 8 – Liability
The company's liability may not be engaged in the event of non-fulfilment of obligations due to the customer's own actions.
Article 9 – Disputes
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
